Asset Management is not a well understood field with its own widely agreed language. To fill this gap, we have developed an Asset Management Framework which is an essential step in building knowledge.
Increasing knowledge and competencies of individuals in key roles is a critical success factor to achieving excellence in asset management.
We do this by firstly raising awareness of what good looks like through the Asset Management Framework and its associated artefacts. This includes presentations and videos that site leaders can easily use.
We then build and lock-in the knowledge required for each key role through our agile microlearning platform.
We also in parallel provide coaching and mentoring to build competencies and to ensure individual capabilities contribute to business objectives.
We are successful when everyone is working in their performance zone effectively leveraging their collective capacity to produce exceptional results.
