Both the technical requirements and change management requirements are built into the framework. Each layer enables the next in order to deliver safe, reliable and effective assets.
Our framework is consistent with international asset management frameworks while providing flexibility and scalability to meet the needs of any business. It acts as a governance framework for asset management.
The framework is the overall enabler to build capability in people, processes and physical assets, creating a strategic pathway from Operational Stability, to Operational Excellence, to ultimately being an Industry Leader.

- Manuals/Guidelines – how to implement the requirements of the Framework
- Procedures – how to manage activities and information for each essential process
- Work Instructions/Tools – how to carry out day to day tasks
The Asset Management Framework is supported by an Evaluation Process.
